1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking details.
  • Note: During peak holiday seasons or high demand, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer fast and secure shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days ( FREE SHIPPING )

Please note: Estimated delivery times are guidelines and can occasionally be subject to courier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your bedspread has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours, allowing you to follow your package directly to your doorstep.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
