Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Your return request is submitted within 4Days of receiving your package.
  • The Product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging (including the original PVC bag/case, inserts, and product tags).
  • Due to hygiene standards, products that show signs of use, pet hair, odors, or have been laundered cannot be accepted for a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Please note: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or completely wrong product variant (wrong size/color):

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours.

  • We will immediately send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, and we will cover all shipping costs.

4. Refunds Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  2. Items purchased during an explicit "Final Sale" or "Clearance Sale" event.
