Refund policy
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- Your return request is submitted within 4Days of receiving your package.
- The Product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging (including the original PVC bag/case, inserts, and product tags).
- Due to hygiene standards, products that show signs of use, pet hair, odors, or have been laundered cannot be accepted for a return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
- Please note: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or completely wrong product variant (wrong size/color):
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours.

- We will immediately send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, and we will cover all shipping costs.
4. Refunds Process
- Once your returned product is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during an explicit "Final Sale" or "Clearance Sale" event.
Notice: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate. Any color complain will not be accepted.
