2. Product Disclaimer:
We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, please note:
Color Variance: Actual product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
Jewelry Materials: Our jewelry is made of Silver & Gold. We are not liable for skin allergies or reactions. Please read the material description carefully before purchase.
Handmade Variance: For block-printed bedsheets or handcrafted jewelry, slight irregularities in the print or finish are natural characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.


3. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are processed within [2] to [3] business days.

International Shipping: We are not offering any International Dlivery for Now!
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.


4. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a transparent return process.
General Conditions for Return
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.
Category-Specific Return Rules
To ensure hygiene and safety, specific rules apply to different categories:
A. Clothing
Items must have original tags attached.
Items smelling of perfume, smoke, or body odor, or showing signs of wear/makeup stains, will be rejected.
B. Bedsheets & Bedding
Due to strict hygiene standards, bedding can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the seal is intact.
Once a bedsheet has been unfolded or washed, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
C. Jewelry
Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged.
Necklaces/Bracelets: Must be returned in the original box/pouch to prevent tangling or scratching during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance or Sale items (Final Sale).
Customized or personalized products.
Earrings and nose pins (Hygiene Policy).


5. Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within [5] business days.
Approved Returns: You will receive a refund to your original payment method within [7-10] business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective.


6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:
Report: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: Email us at info@primeunico.com/support@primeunico.com or WhatsApp +1 (585) 695-9073 with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the defect.
Resolution: We will arrange for a free pickup and provide a replacement or full refund immediately if the parcel is damaged from company side, If the parcel is damaged from customer side there will be no refund or return.


7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
